I am waiting on Dewalt to release their new 1/2" high torque, or might just pull the trigger on the new Mid torque 1/2" I think those are still the go-to for truck lug nuts and some of the tighter suspension parts. It also comes with a complete kit you may not require to adjust another type of bits as well as this associated with. I'm in the rust belt so everything is a fight on our cars. Dewalt offers a good quality electric battery powered cordless impact wrench that you will use for removing lawn mower blades. I did have to switch to 1/2" pneumatic impact when it wouldn't get a strut clamp bolt loose on an 08 Accord I was swapping an axle on the other day, but I didn't spend a lot of time messing with it and was probably going at it from the bolt side when I should have been tryin to remove the nut first. Regularly 150, you can get it for just 95 this week. It provides a significantly higher capacity of any DeWalt battery. Haven't tried it on the 3/4 ton truck yet. It has had no issues with lug bolts and nuts on my cars so far. It worked great on all of that, even easily removing the trans to engine bolts and flywheel to crank bolts, something my old 18V Dewalt 1/2" impact would have struggled with in the past.
